Meet the Team

Divya has a special interest in Periodontology which involves a variety of treatments related to the gums. These commonly include treatment for gum disease, bone regeneration, gum grafting and other cosmetic gum procedures. Divya is proficient in performing both non-surgical and surgical interventions. She has gone through extensive training in Periodontology and general dentistry and is competent in using the latest techniques available for managing periodontal issues and cosmetic periodontal problems.

She qualified from CCS University in India and after completing her internship pursued 3 years of Specialist training in periodontology and oral implantology from Subharti university (India). Divya has been working over the last few years as a private Dentist and has built a very good reputation for herself

Divya was awarded membership of the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh in Periodontics in 2024 and has published research papers and lectured both nationally and internationally. She completed various courses in advanced Periodontology techniques and won an award for her paper at a national conference in India. Divya has a calm and methodical approach and prides on her non-clinical skills in managing particularly anxious patients.

Outside of her clinical commitments she enjoys travelling with her family, yoga and, learning new skills.

Dr Simran Mehat qualified as a Dentist at University of Leeds in 2018, where she graduated with a Distinction. Since then, she has worked at dental practices across the Midlands & in Yorkshire.

She is focused on providing high quality general dental care to her patients, putting their best interests first. She has a calm demeanour and ethical approach which puts her patients at ease, through taking the time to understand each of her patients’ needs and explaining things thoroughly. She provides Invisalign to help patients achieve their dream smile.

She has a keen interest in Facial Aesthetics where she provides anti-wrinkle treatment, skin boosters and polynucleotides to enhance patients’ skin and appearance, making them feel the best about themselves! She also provides treatment as part of her dental care, helping patients with their clenching and grinding.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, spending time with her family, friends and her cat Millie!

Jawaad qualified as a dentist from Newcastle in 2020 and has since undertaken further training and achieved certification in fixed braces, tooth whitening, clear aligner treatment, and composite bonding. With a strong foundation in general dentistry and a passion for aesthetic and restorative treatments, Jawaad takes a personalised approach to each patient's care, using the latest techniques and materials to help patients achieve healthy, functional smiles restoring their confidence.

In his spare time, you can find Jawaad in the gym or playing football, and he also loves to travel with family and friends.

Antony graduated from the University of Leeds with a Master and Bachelor of Dental surgery and Bachelor of Science, with Distinction in 2021. Antony has a special interest in general dentistry, particularly in supporting patients to improve their oral health. He is also passionate about helping nervous or anxious patients feel more at ease and confident in the dental chair. He chose dentistry as a profession because he enjoys working closely with people and helping them enhance their health and confidence through their smiles. In his spare time enjoys running and keeping fit, as well as spending time with family and friends.
